University Inn - Boiling Springs

Amazing hotel with free Wi-Fi, a nice indoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me with directions, which I still appreciate. I'll be back for a holiday!

The indoor pool was a hit with my kids. We had a blast despite some chlorine smell.

The stay was pleasant, especially with the good indoor pool that the kids enjoyed. I appreciated the spacious common areas where my family could lounge and chat comfortably. The friendly atmosphere of the staff. I did notice some dirty furniture that could use a good cleaning to enhance the overall experience.

I came here for 1 night and had a such wonderful stay. The whole place was clean and the staff were knowledgeable. The room was reasonably spacious and there were a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator. The breakfast was included, that was a bonus.

The location was marvellous in a great area, near to Boiling Springs, NC mountains, and especially the university.

Close proximity to Gardner Webb University makes it easy to catch student games on weekends. The indoor pool provides a nice spot to unwind, and rooms have ample space, ensuring comfort after a long day.

The overall cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, as I encountered a few issues that could have been better addressed. The lighting in common areas feels a bit dim, which gave an uninviting vibe when coming in and out. The walls between rooms seem thin, so noise from neighboring guests can easily interrupt your peace.

The super nice team, even providing a great spot to study. The indoor pool was a real highlight for relaxation after my busy day.

The room was chill with air conditioning and had a tv. The heating was great, and the bathroom had everything you'd need like shampoo and a hairdryer. The heated indoor pool was awesome, and the breakfast was pretty solid with lots of options. Staff were super friendly and willing to help.

The indoor pool was good, just what my kid needed! The location was super close to everything we wanted to see.

Let's just say I wouldn't take my mother-in-law to the room's chairs-better suited for a spooky horror film.

I adored the cozy lobby decor. It was like a warm hug! The ample seating made it easy for me and my friends to gather and chat comfortably. Access to the indoor pool was good, too!

The beds were comfy, and the staff was super friendly, made a positive impression right away. I enjoyed the hot breakfast in the morning. It had a decent variety, and the area was well-maintained. The indoor pool looked inviting, but it was closed for maintenance, disappointing since I had planned to use it. The room, however, was in need of some deep cleaning. I noticed sticky spots on the furniture and the bathroom floor wasn't cleaned properly. A little more attention to detail in housekeeping would really enhance the experience. The location is perfect for anyone visiting Gardner-Webb University, and I appreciated the quiet environment. I'd think about staying here again if the cleanliness issues get addressed.
